Threat to Cause Physical Injury ARS 13-1202 (Phoenix) - Dismissed  Day of Trial
Client allegedly pulled a gun on neighbor threatened to put a bullet in his head and kill dog. After months of investigation we were able to pull numerous 911 calls from neighbors calling the police on the alleged victim. One 911 call came from the date after my client was arrested. The 911 caller told Phoenix Police the wrong guy was arrested. My client is a Police Recruit and this dismissal saved his career. My client maintained his innocence. He even rejected a diversion offer that would get his case dismissed in about 6 months.

If you have been charged with Threatening another to Cause Physical Injury or Death under ARS 13-1202 in Phoenix do not walk into court and plead guilty. It may not be worth accepting diversion. You need an experienced attorney to investigate the case, examine the evidence, and find a defense. It may be worth going to trial because the Government cannot prove their case.
