The Gilbert prosecutor's office was playing difficult in this Super Extreme. Due to injuries, my client was taken to the hospital in Gilbert. Her blood was drawn. The Gilbert Prosecutor's Office could not figure out who drew her blood. So, they asked the hospital. In violation of HIPPA, the hospital disclosed to Gilbert all of her medical records. BIG PROBLEM, and we were ready to fight!. The Gilbert prosecutor backed down and made my client a new offer saving her over $2000, saving her freedom, saving her 2 weeks of home detention, saving her 6 months with the interlock.
