Super Extreme DUI .219 ( Chandler) reduced to Extreme DUI and 2 days in jail - 7/6/2016
Client was originally facing 45 days in jail, over $3500 in fines and 18 months with the interlock. I was able to find an issue with the stop and negotiate a much better plea for my client. Now, he must only serve 2 days in jail, the interlock can come out after 12 months, and her fines were reduced by over $2700.
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to inform clients and potential clients I am still available for consultations. I am always available by phone, text and/or email. We can also use Facetime for social distancing. The criminal justice system is not stopping due to COVID-19.
