Super Extreme DUI .204 (Scottsdale) – Reduced to Regular DUI – 4/26/2017

My client was charged with a Super Extreme DUI in Scottsdale, AZ. After obtaining the police video we learned there were numerous problems with the investigation.

• My Client’s boyfriend (who sold her out to the cops) was likely not to testify
   
• The police officer may have violated her rights when it came to consenting to the blood test

A letter was sent to the prosecutor and my proposed offer was accepted.  The charge was reduced to a regular DUI. The regular DUI saved my client 3 days of jail, 11 days of home detention, over $2000, and the interlock was reduced from 18 months to potentially 6 months.
