Possession of Dangerous Drug - Class 4 Felony (Maricopa County Superior Court) - Reduced to Diversion 3/15/2017
When client came to my office the prosecutor was not willing to offer him diversion for the dangerous drugs he possessed. They wanted him to admit to a felony that would cause him to be fired from his job. I was on the case for one month. I wrote numerous letters to the prosecutor. When I appeared in court I was able to talk with the prosecutor for one year and get my client diversion. Now, he will complete his class, get his case dismissed, keep his record clean and keep his job.
