Implied Consent Suspension in Gilbert Arizona

Implied Consent pursuant to ARS 28-1321 is a one year suspension of your license. The Implied Consent Suspension will be served on you if you fail or refuse to give your blood or breath if arrested for a DUI. You have a right to a hearing to contest the Implied Consent Suspension.
