Implied Consent (MVD/ADOT - Scottsdale) 1 Year Suspension Voided - 3/16/2017

Client was arrested for DUI in Scottsdale.  He refused to give breath or blood sample and his license was suspended for one year. Once hired, I immediately filed a motion contesting the suspension. On the day of the hearing the suspension was voided. My client saved his license and it will not be suspended for 1 year. I won 2 MVD Implied consent hearings this day.
