Implied Consent (MVD/ADOT - Avondale) 1 Year Suspension Vacated - 12/15/2016

Client was arrested for DUI in October. Her case had not been charged, but she called me right away because she refused to give breath or blood sample and her license was suspended for one year. Once hired I immediately filed a motion contesting the suspension. On the day of the hearing the suspension was voided. My client saved her license.
