A 911 caller reported my client was driving all over the road an din an accident. My client even refused to give blood and was arrested for Extreme DUI. The City of Avondale does not offer home detention, and my client was looking at 30 days in jail. With a quick resolution and I was able to negotiate this case to a regular DUI and save my client a substantial amount of time in the Avondale jail.
