DUI (West Mesa Justice Court) Reduced to Reckless Driving and No Jail! - 6/7/2016

Client charged with DUI out of the West Mesa Justice Court. We got the case Reduced to Reckless Driving and No Jail! Originally, the prosecution wanted my client to go to jail. We had an excellent case. Based on the fact we could 1) prove my client was below the legal limit and 2) prove he was not impaired by alcohol, my client would only take a reckless driving with no jail to avoid a trial. (Remember, the State must prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt, but we had more!). The prosecution gave in, we got what we wanted, and my client saved his real estate license.
