DUI .13 (Mesa) No Jail and Set Aside Conviction and Dismissed - 12/20/2016

I was able to get my client into alcohol classes right away. I was able to guide him through a Mesa Court system he never would have known about. With my knowledge of the Mesa DUI procedures, my client was able to remain out of jail. In addition, his DUI was immediately set aside and dismissed! This will save his career because now he will have an opportunity to enter Canada. If you have been convicted of a DUI it is often very difficult to enter Canada because they view a DUI as a felony. A Set Aside helps with this. Though you must still always admit you have been convicted after a set aside - you can also say your case was later dismissed and set aside. Sounds a lot better!
