DUI .129 and Criminal Speed (Maricopa) - Reduced to No Jail - 11/14/2016

Back to all DUI & Criminal Defense Case Results

Client was stopped in Maricopa for criminal speeding. She was later arrested for DUI and her breath came back at a .129BAC. I was able to keep her out of jail because I found some issues with the breath testing calibration.  It is important to realize the a DUI in Arizona carries mandatory jail, and my client did not serve 1 day. The criminal speed was dismissed.

If you have been arrested for DUI in Maricopa call me today at 480-729-1683.
