DUI .123 (North Mesa Justice Court) reduced to Reckless Driving and No Jail - 10/5/2016

Client was stopped for swerving after leaving the Salt River. She was ultimately arrested and her breath reading was a .123 BAC. This seems almost helpless considering she was way over a .08. However, when you hire me, I look for all the issues. I was able to determine that the officer's credentials to use the breath machine lapsed. Based on this I was able to negotiate the DUI down to a reckless driving with NO Jail, NO alcohol classes, NO interlock, and fines reduced by over $1500. Not only did I save my client's record, I saved her career in the medical field.

If you have been charged with a DUI out of the Maricopa County Justice Court after a fun day of tubing down the Salt River, give me a call at 480-729-1683.
