DUI .087 and Marijuana Possession (Scottsdale) - reduced to Reckless Driving

Client was stopped by Scottsdale Police when the saw him urinate in a parking lot and drive away. The police arrested my client. The found marijuana and paraphernalia on him. He was also arrested for DUI. His blood came back with marijuana and a .087. I was able to work swiftly on this case and negotiate a reckless driving. This is almost impossible to do when a person has marijuana in their system and no medical marijuana card. In addition, I was able to convince the officer not to file felony marijuana charges in Superior Court.
