Driving on A Suspended License (McDowell Mountain Justice Court) - Reduced to Civil Citation - 11/2/2016
The best news is my client was originally charged with felony DUI. We got the government not to file felony charges. The DUI was referred to the City court. Now the City court cannot find the charges. My client may walk away from a Felony Aggravated DUI with only a traffic ticket. WOW!

If you are facing Aggravated DUI, DUI or Driving on Suspended charges give me a call at 480-729-1683.
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to inform clients and potential clients I am still available for consultations. I am always available by phone, text and/or email. We can also use Facetime for social distancing. The criminal justice system is not stopping due to COVID-19.
