Domestic Violence Restraining Order (Moon Valley Justice Court - Maricopa County) - Dismissed in full - 1/6/2017

Client's neighbor and wife accused him of violating an order of protection when a restraining order was served on him. He was accused of returning to the house after he was released from jail. We had an alibi witness and the alleged victim (wife) changed her story. The prosecutor dismissed this domestic violence case without ever setting it for trial.
