Criminal Damage (Scottsdale) - Dismissed on the morning of trial - 10/2/2015. In this case a fraudulent moving company tried to rip my client off and demand more money before releasing the vehicle they transported from California to Scottsdale. My client refused and the scammers called the Scottsdale Police. My client was able to get the keys to his car and drove away as the transport trucker came after him. Of course, Scottsdale Police viewed my client as a victim. Though diversion was offered, we went to trial. Guess what? No one showed up. The alleged victims did not come to court and the Scottsdale Police did not come to court. Case Dismissed!

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to inform clients and potential clients I am still available for consultations. I am always available by phone, text and/or email. We can also use Facetime for social distancing. The criminal justice system is not stopping due to COVID-19.
