Criminal Damage (Phoenix) - Not Guilty at Trial

I went to trial on a Criminal Damage charge in the Phoenix Municipal Court. My client had numerous arrests. The Phoenix Police know him by his first name. On the day of his arrest, my client was barricaded in his house. It was a standoff with he and the Phoenix Police. The helicopter was overhead. The police were at my client's house because his brother accused him of punching a hole in the wall of the house they own together with their mother. At trial, the brother testified and I tore him apart. He lost all credibility with the judge. I then put my client on the stand who denied putting a hole in the wall claiming his brother's motive for the false allegation was to get full ownership of the house. Brother was mad at my client due to his sexual orientation. My client was found Not Guilty and walked out of court a free man.
