Criminal Damage Domestic Violence (Phoenix) Dismissed at Trial
Client accused of breaking down the bedroom door of his ex-girlfriend. There was a witness in the house who called 911. However, in the report, the ex-girlfriend did not want to prosecute. The City of Phoenix did no care. Phoenix still wanted to send my client to jail for Criminal Damage Domestic Violence. We set the case to trial considering the alleged victim did not want to prosecute. We were right. The alleged victim did not show. The Criminal Damage Domestic Violence case was dismissed in full.
