Client charged with Criminal Damage Domestic Violence in the City of Phoenix for breaking a glass door at his father's house. Client was offered diversion and rejected it. We went to trial. The day of trial the case was dismissed. My client was not convicted of a domestic violence offense and his record remains clean.
