Client was charged years ago with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was arrested on a warrant and in jail. He also had a pending driving on a suspended license case on Phoenix. I met my client when he was in jail. I was able to get him released from jail and we set his cases to trial. I then filed motions to dismiss based on the City of Phoenix's delay in bringing him to trial. Phoenix prosecutors dismissed my clients cases and he walked.
