What is an Indictment?

An Indictment will be filed against you in Arizona if you have been criminally charged with a felony. If there is an Indictment against you then your case has already gone to the grand jury to determine if probable cause existed to charge you with a criminal offense. An Indictment will list the formal criminal felony charges against you.
