The Phoenix police will be looking for any minor traffic violation to stop you for DUI. The will look for a wide turn, non use of a blinker, speeding, cracked window and many other minor traffic violations. Phoenix is one of the worst cities to get a DUI because it has some of the harshest punishments. If you are stopped ask for a lawyer immediately and refuse the field sobriety tests and PBT.
