Attorney in Fatal Scottsdale, AZ DUI Pleads Guilty

Tracy S. MorehouseFormer attorney Tracy S. Morehouse has pleaded guilty in the August 2017 death of a motorcyclist in Scottsdale, Arizona, according to Maricopa County court records.

Greg Dolphin, 45, was stopped at a red light at night when she hit him at more than 80 mph moments after she hit another vehicle and kept going.

Morehouse, then 46, plead guilty to second degree murder, two counts of endangerment, and leaving a crash scene. She had a super extreme blood alcohol concentration of .355.

Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 17, the case record shows. She is facing from 10 to 25 years in prison. The Arizona Bar Association has disbarred her.
