4th of July DUI Patrol is Out in Phoenix

KTAR.com reports that over 71 police agencies are saturating the streets of Phoenix and all of Arizona searching for drunk drivers over the 4th of July weekend. Through 2013 there have already been 31,000 DUI arrests. Don't be a statistic.
Many of us have children. If you are driving your child to and from a fireworks show after a few drinks and get stopped for a DUI it will be charged as a Felony Aggravated DUI. Why? If you are arrested for a DUI while there is a child under the age of 15 in the vehicle it is a felony.
Be careful. Do not drink and drive.
