Assault Domestic Violence (Phoenix) - Dismissed by the Prosecution on the day of trial  - 6/16/2016
If you are charged with Assault Domestic Violence (DV) in Phoenix you need a lawyer who knows what they are doing. In this case we used strategy and the law to set the case to trial. We knew the alleged victim lived on the Indian Reservation. Because of this, the City of Phoenix could not legaly serve her. In addition, the Phoenix Police did not bother to show for trial Case dismissed!
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to inform clients and potential clients I am still available for consultations. I am always available by phone, text and/or email. We can also use Facetime for social distancing. The criminal justice system is not stopping due to COVID-19.
