Assault Domestic Violence (Phoenix) - Dismissed by the Prosecution Based on Defense Motion- 10/11/2016
This was an old Assault Domestic Violence case from 2012. My client was on warrant status. We set the case for trial because we doubted the alleged victim would show. In addition, I filed a motion to dismiss the 2012 Assault Domestic Violence case in Phoenix due to the prosecutors failure to track down my client and diligently prosecute the case. Today, the case was dismissed! My client walked.
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to inform clients and potential clients I am still available for consultations. I am always available by phone, text and/or email. We can also use Facetime for social distancing. The criminal justice system is not stopping due to COVID-19.
