Assault and Disorderly Conduct (Phoenix) - Split Verdict - Not Guilty of Assault - 11/3/16

Client was actually charged with 2 counts of assault. At trial we were able to get the first count dismissed. The second count she was found not guilty. My client did end up with a disorderly conduct  conviction. However, her sentence is much better than her plea. The state wanted her to plea to everything and serve 75 days in jail. Yeah right. Not happening now. Client very happy and so am I.
