Aggravated DUI (Maricopa County Superior Court) Convinced the Prosecutor to Not File the Charges- 10/10/16

Client was arrested, jailed, and bonded out on Aggravated DUI charges in Maricopa County for having an out of state suspended license. I was hired immediately to defend the felony charges. After a few hours of reviewing the case and obtaining the MVD records from Oregon I realized this was a defensible case. My client did not know about the suspension, and there was no proof she was ever served notice of the suspension.
