2nd Time DUI - Drugs (Phoenix) - Case dismissed by prosecution after the case was set to jury trial and a motion was filed regarding the illegal blood draw - 10/13/2015
Client was in a car accident. The Phoenix Police had no idea what caused it. They police decided, without probable cause of a DUI, to collect a sample of her blood at the hospital to see what was in it for a possible DUI. Bad move by the Phoenix Police. Right move by my client to hire me! Case Dismissed!
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to inform clients and potential clients I am still available for consultations. I am always available by phone, text and/or email. We can also use Facetime for social distancing. The criminal justice system is not stopping due to COVID-19.
