.176 Extreme DUI (Phoenix) Reduced to Regular DUI - 6/1/2016
An Extreme DUI carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 days. Because of issues with the breath test, we were able to get the Phoenix Prosecutor's Office to reduce an Extreme DUI to a Regular DUI. This saved my client over $1000 in fines. It also reduced his interlock to 6 months instead of 12. And, his jail was reduced to only 2 days and a little home detention.
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to inform clients and potential clients I am still available for consultations. I am always available by phone, text and/or email. We can also use Facetime for social distancing. The criminal justice system is not stopping due to COVID-19.
